Ride for Water 11.26.11
120 miles. 120 watches. 120 lives changed.
Returning from the 2011 mission in Jacmel, Haiti was more terrifying than entering into the devastated, impoverished nation. Facing the reality that life could never be the same after witnessing the eye opening truths of the Haitians state of unwell being.
Action was to be taken whether here or there. We have a passion for the outdoors, sports, a God given love for outreach and a new found concern for the water crisis. We are fusing all of this together to form "Ride for Water". A physical challenge and a mission committed to bringing usable water and much hope to the wounded but healing nation of Haiti.
